Council Highlights       

The Church Council and the Call Committee met with Pastor Kyle Severson to review Lord of Life’s Ministry Profile and discuss the next steps. The Council and Call Committee agreed to be open to LGBTQIA+ pastoral candidates.  Pastor Kyle met with the Call Committee and presented two candidates. 

Due to lack of interest LoL will not conduct a rummage sale or trunk sale this summer. 

One of the HVAC units in the sanctuary needed a belt replacement.  As preventative measure, belts were purchased for the other units and will be replaced as needed.

The Property committee oversaw the replacement of light bulbs in the sanctuary at no charge.  Would you want to be standing on this ladder? 

The current florist has not been reliable.  The Worship committee investigated alternatives but the cheapest was $42.  In the future we will use flowers from people’s gardens, store bought bouquets, or silk flowers.
