Election at Lord of Life

Members of Lord of Life enthusiastically volunteered to participate in our hospitality activity for election day.  The table filled with a variety of snacks - which were donated by Sherry Sejnost- attracted voters as they came and went from the voting room.  At times there were long lines of people waiting to vote and the volunteers enjoyed visiting with the voters and encouraged them to partake of the treats.  Bruce Danielson came in very early in the a.m. to open the doors for the election officials and stayed for a time to greet votes.  Other volunteers were: Arlene Danielson, Carolynn Katt, Judy Padera, Bobbie Sejnost, Connie Allekian, Jan Treibacks, Elsy and Bob Eggert, Marilynn Sells, Elaine Sherman and Sue Tomaszek.  Pastor Adam spent most of the day greeting voters and talking with those who were interested in our church.  All of the volunteers enjoyed the interactions with the voters and many voters expressed thanks for our hospitality.
