 Interfaith Community Partners provides older adults with safe, accompanied transportation to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and life-enhancing errands.  They are based out of Lagrange and have volunteers willing to drive older adults to appointments at no cost to clients, (but only ask for a small donation.)   If you are in need of this service or you know anyone who could benefit from using their services, please call them at 708-354-9328 or visit their website at www.InterfaithCommunity Partners.org.   They are willing to drive within a 25-mile radius but do not go to any downtown Chicago locations.   You will need to call them in advance of an appointment, and they ask your health-related question, as to how you get around, do you use a wheelchair, walker, are you sick or have Covid related symptoms.
