It didn’t rain; it wasn't too hot; it was a perfect Sunday for a picnic so LoL celebrated with a PICNIC!

By 11:30 the tables were covered with delicious looking, aromatic smelling offerings, and the grill was heating up. Loving Word members brought plates of barbequed turkey morsels, and the fun began. About 30 LoL members and 16 Loving Word folks enjoyed a great afternoon of eating and game playing and raffle winning!

Special thanks to Pastor Adam, Jim Eckwall and his exchange student for grilling our hot dogs, and a big thanks to LCW committee members Connie Allekian, Arlene Danielson, Linda Matta, Bobbie Sejnost and Sherry Sejnost for meeting and planning the picnic and cleaning upafterward.

With lucky raffle winners carting home beautiful mum plants and colorful pumpkins and squash, it was indeed a great day!
